I'm Jenna,

A Nutritional Guide and Fitness Instructor in my favorite city, Philly! My passion is working with individuals who are seeking to transition out of diet dependency and into a balanced lifestyle that they will actually enjoy and want to maintain. I provide them with the knowledge, skills and guidance that will allow them to take care of their bodies in the best way possible. 


I know how frustrating it can be to try every diet there is out there without seeing lasting results, that's why I've created programs that aren't diets at all, but an easy process that will equip you with the tools to

stop the endless diet cycle and

start living without restrictions.

I’ve been working with Jenna for almost a year and have loved every second of it. We have hour-long private fitness sessions two times per week and every time we work together I feel accomplished. She is always prepared, punctual and makes sure to adapt the routine and nutritional guidelines to fit my personal strength/goals. If for some reason she can’t make a session, she is very quick to send me exercises to do or healthy recipes I can make to keep me on track in her absence.
