 If I had to guess I bet,

  • You are so over trying all kinds of diets without seeing any lasting results

  • You are not sure where to start or who to turn to

  • You don't know how to affordably grocery shop and meal prep weekly

  • You end up making the same basic recipes

I know how frustrating it can be to try every diet there is out there without achieving any long term changes because I've been there; and I also know how confusing it can be to navigate all the nutritional information that's available. That's why I've worked so hard to create a program that isn't a diet at all, but an easy process that will equip you with the tools to stop the endless diet cycle and start living without restrictions.

I'm always available via text or email to answer any and all questions, especially when you're at the grocery store or prepping your weekly meals. I tailor my affordable programs to each of my individual clients, that way I can ensure that you can make meals that you actually want to eat.

I'm a Nutritional Guide and Fitness Instructor in my favorite city, Philly!

My passion is working with individuals who are seeking to transition out of diet dependency and into a balanced lifestyle that they will enjoy and want to maintain. My goal is for you to be able to fuel and move your body in ways that make you feel strong! By working with me you'll receive all the guidance necessary that will allow you to take care of your body in only the best way possible. We only have one body, so let's make sure we can do everything in our power to take care of it!

The Philasophy was created due to my absolute love and passion for both fitness and food, but not just any food, nutritious and delicious food!

My Philasophy:

Is that you shouldn't have to put the pause button on your life because you've decided to make healthy changes to it. I've struggled with my weight all of my life and found that every diet I ever tried always ended up doing much more harm than good. I always felt that if I was on a "diet" that I couldn't participate in certain events or experience things like my friends did. My weight was always fluctuating, even more so after I graduated college, and it was honestly one of the most frustrating points in my life. But it wasn't until I really stopped dieting, that I was truly able to get to where I am today. 

 I created The Philasophy to show you that eating well should not be used as a form of punishment and that you can and WILL find a way to nourish yourself that works for you and your body ONLY. If you can take one piece of information or try just one new recipe that helps you in your own life then I've done my job. My hope is that through The Philasophy you'll see exactly how to incorporate small and simple steps that will make the biggest impact!
