Personal Training Options

Options include hybrid training or fully virtual online coaching.

I take a body neutral approach when training clients. My top priority is helping my clients rediscover what it means to love moving their bodies, free from the pressure of weight loss or aesthetics. I have two training locations in Philadelphia and also offer virtual training through Zoom as well! 

In-Person Training

 Private 1:1 sessions at either of my Philadelphia studios with 4, 8 and 12 package options available.  

Hybrid Training

A combination between both 1:1 training (either at my studios or virtually)  and virtual programming through my training application, True Coach. 

Virtual Training

Let me train you from anywhere, at any time! I create customized programming on True Coach for you to take with you to the gym or to complete at home. You'll make significant progress because you will still have the accountability and structure but won't have to worry about showing up at any specific time. 

Regardless of where or how you train with me, you will always receive a customized, strength based program to ensure that you feel safe, supported and empowered after each and every session.
